well, i shall just go straight to the point first since many of you are probably dying to know about the outcome.

second. for the last throwing comp in my life

To be honest...... ,at first, it was far from easy to accept the fact.

Perhaps cause i was on a winning streak for the past 2 yrs, and like any other ordinary person, you will probably wish&hope for a really beautiful end, like a good personal best or national record to end my throwing career and be remembered.
.... hmmmmm but yea... sometimes, u dun get what u aim for or what u wish for and thats the fact of life.... and theres only one solution, accept it.

Saying or hearing stuffs like, u got 2nd just because of your shoulder, your bronchitis or a fault throw this kinda thing is pretty much useless. Firstly, your body belongs to yourself and whatever shit you do to it is pretty much your own responsibility, and if u are affected in anyway theres no one but yourself to blame. Secondly, just put yourself in the shoes of the guy in the first position and everything will be self-explainatory .... Yea such comments and thoughts are utterly useless, its all just ways and means of deceiving yourself isn't it? Yea... so i really i hope to not hear of such stuffs anymore, hope u really understand...

Personally, this has been quite a different year... ... Though i really trained lesser and performed even worse then last year, but I have actually gained a really incredible fighting spirit in the process... esp when i am in competitions ..... Perhaps its due to the fact that its my last yr? and more importantly the support of all those around me.

Well six years, its quite sad that my throwing career has just come to an abrupt end... time really flies yea..? i am sure i will alwaes remember the days of hell training, and the days which I have fought so hard against all odds, and even the days where i have learnt to accept defeats... I'm glad that i have really learnt lessons which i can never ever learn from anywhere else.

As for today, i have learnt something

Priority

Very often we lose focus of whats more important in our life...

God & Our loved ones. If you are able to learn to cherish them, that will perhaps be your greatest victory in life.

And for now.... the team championship, lets all work towards it.... as a team, we will make it... (:

Fantastic job throwing team, 1st 2nd 3rd for A div and C div Shotput today, its a bloody impressive sight to actually flood the podium with red and yellow.

Lets all achieve the impossible goal.
